On Wednesday, Microsoft released their highly-anticipated preview build of Windows 8.1.

Microsoft Senior Product Marketing Manager Michael Niehaus reiterated that message in the RT in the Enterprise session on Tuesday. When the 8.1 preview is available, Windows 8 and Windows RT users will receive a Windows Update notification. That update will trigger the new bits to show up in the Windows Store, where potential testers will be able to read the description and choose whether or not to install.

MICROSOFT PREPPING A “KINECT” LAUNCH FOR WINDOWS NEXT YEAR

Microsoft announced earlier on thursday[today] that they are working on a new kinect sensor very similar to their latest model [ Xbox One Kinect Sensor] for Windows… allowing people to issue commands using voice recognition and  simple hand gestures.

The sensor will include a high-definition color camera and a noise-isolating multi-microphone array. Also part of the system will be a technology called Time-of-Flight, which measures how long it takes for photons to bounce off a person or object. Combined, these features promise greater accuracy and precision in detecting your movements and voice commands.

Not that i know much about this,but it seems that business and personal computer manufacturers Lenovo who were bought over by the world renowned IBM[International Business Machine] some years back have released a desktop computer the size of an average tv.

Maybe,its probably just a rumour but sources tell that Taiwanese based manufacturers HTC are planning on releasing two mighty tablets this year by 2013.One of them is said to be a 7 inched full HD Display Windows RT[OS 8] powered tablet called the R7 which possesses a processor speed of 2.3 GHz ,quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor,2GB Ram functional memory.And will also feature a 13 megapixel auto focus rear camera and will come out with 16 GB of internal memory supporting expansion up to 32 GB via microSD card[External Memory].
